Manny Christians did not have an assurance to their salvation. Because of sin they felt that their salvation is lost. It leads them to backslide. Assurance means the insurance or security of a thing. In salvation we need assurance. People change their faith because of it. A person who has assurance in their salvation are those who has joy, confidence, comfort, and enables to overcome the world. Grounds for assurance, the Person of God says that the Lord cannot lie. Th verse was found in (Titus 1:2). To those who has the assurance, God has a promise for them, He says, "I have everlasting life, I shall not come into condemnation. This verse is found in (John 5:24). "Because I come to Jesus Christ, He will in know wise cast me out." (John 6:37). "Those who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Rom. 10:13) . There is presence of God in this verse, "When we are save, God gives us His Holy Ghost, who dwells in our hearts." (Rom.5:5) The spirit of God bears witness with our spirit that we are in facts God's Children.(John 5:10)
This are the proves of having that once you have this salvation from God, it never last......^_^
